Our Teaching Methodology
With 11 years experience running Little Mandarin Talkers, and additional years teaching in early learning environments, we have developed a bespoke teaching methodology that has helped us to successfully teach Mandarin to a wide range of students in a fun and informative way.
Working together, our Chinese-native speaker, Jie Bian, and non-Chinese native speaker, Heather Salthouse, both bring their unique perspectives on learning Mandarin believe our mix of experiences as native and non-native Mandarin speakers and teachers are what make our lessons so successful; we have the language and teaching knowledge but also the perspective of learning Chinese Mandarin as an English language speaker.

Classes and Fees
We offer group classes for children from 3 years old, GCSE and adult classes. We also offer private tuition and after school clubs.
